This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between IL Construction Leads (“Company”) and the undersigned affiliate (“Affiliate”) for the purpose of promoting the Company’s services and referring construction companies to the Company.

1. Program Overview

The Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn a $500 referral commission for each construction company they refer to IL Construction Leads, provided the company completes the onboarding process. The onboarding process may take up to 30 days.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
    1.    Be at least 18 years old.
    2.    Agree to the terms of this Agreement.
    3.    Have the construction company schedule a call directly through the IL Construction Leads website and successfully complete the onboarding process.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities
    1.    Referrals: The Affiliate is responsible for directing potential construction companies to the Company’s website to schedule a call using the provided scheduling tool.
    2.    Tracking: Affiliates must ensure the referred construction company includes the Affiliate’s unique referral code or mentions the Affiliate’s name during scheduling to ensure proper tracking.
    3.    Ethical Marketing: Affiliates must promote the Company’s services in a professional and ethical manner, avoiding spam, false claims, or misleading information.

4. Referral Process
    1.    The Affiliate directs the construction company to visit the Company’s website at ILConstructionLeads.com (#).
    2.    The referred company schedules a call with the Company using the online scheduling tool.
    3.    The Company evaluates the referred company to determine if it is a good fit for its services.
    4.    Upon acceptance, the onboarding process begins, which may take up to 30 days to complete.
    5.    Once the onboarding process is successfully completed, the Affiliate earns $500.

5. Commission Payment
    1.    Payment Eligibility: Affiliates will be eligible for the $500 commission only after the referred construction company completes the onboarding process.
    2.    Payment Timing: Commissions will be paid within 10 business days of onboarding completion.
    3.    Payment Method: Payments will be made via the method specified by the Affiliate (e.g., PayPal, direct deposit).
    4.    Disputes: Any disputes regarding commissions must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the onboarding completion date.

6. Restrictions
    1.    Affiliates may not refer their own business or a business they own or are directly involved in.
    2.    Referrals that do not follow the outlined process (e.g., fail to schedule a call or complete onboarding) will not qualify for the commission.
    3.    The Company reserves the right to reject referrals if the construction company does not meet the Company’s criteria.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer be eligible to refer construction companies or earn commissions. Any unpaid commissions for referrals completed before termination will be paid according to the terms of this Agreement.

8. Liability and Indemnification

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Affiliate’s marketing or referral efforts.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement, including commission rates, with 30 days’ written notice to Affiliates.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

By signing below, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
